TURKEY, BRIE AND JAM SANDWICH
One of my all-time favorite sandwiches, with a combination of flavors that will surely put you in a festive mood!
INGREDIENTS
Brioche sandwich roll, or 2 slices of white bread
2-3 slices deli or smoked turkey
Brie cheese, thinly sliced
1-2 tablespoon Philadelphia cream cheese
2-3 tablespoons of jam, I prefer cranberry or cherry
PREPARATION
1. Open your roll in half and spread a generous layer of cream cheese on both sides.
2. Layer on turkey slices, Brie cheese and jam.
3. Close sandwich securely and grill in toaster, oven or hot skillet on both sides, until the cheese softens and starts to ooze out of the bread slightly.
4. Best served with a side of crisps!
Notes:
With sandwiches, it's always about preferences. Extra cheese, no cheese, veggies, no veggies and so on. Don't hesitate to deviate from the recipe and go with what you prefer!
You can use any type of bread available to you to make it.
